Yes. All drivers must have held a valid driving license for at least one year. The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years, while the maximum age limit is 65 years.
To rent a car from Bigz Luxury Car Hire, you must provide:
• A copy of your passport including the visa page
• A valid UAE driving license or an international driving license
• A credit card in your name

Yes, prepayment is available. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +971 55 312 2118 to arrange a prepaid rental.
Yes. A security deposit is required for all rentals. The type, amount, and method of payment depend on your rental agreement.
Absolutely. You can reserve a rental car by contacting one of our sales representatives directly.
Reservations can be modified or canceled by reaching out to our customer care team. All modifications or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Any changes within 48 hours may incur additional charges.
Yes. Vehicles are rented on a 24-hour basis. A 60-minute grace period is provided. Returns beyond this period will incur hourly charges. If the car is returned more than 3 hours late, a full-day rate will apply. Please note that additional services, optional equipment, and protection plans do not have a grace period, and full-day charges will apply.
No hidden fees apply. Additional charges only occur if you request extra services such as a personal driver, urgent exchange, or special pick-up arrangements.

Yes. You may request a change in your pick-up or drop-off location by contacting our customer care team at least 3–6 hours in advance.
Extensions depend on vehicle availability. If the car is reserved by another customer, an extension may not be possible. However, you may exchange your rental vehicle for another available model. If the exchange is within the same category, rental rates remain unchanged. For exchanges across different categories, rates will be adjusted accordingly. If the vehicle is not reserved, you may extend the rental by contacting our customer care or sales department.
Before driving, familiarize yourself with the vehicle's features, including air conditioning, lights, radio, windshield wipers, spare tire, seat belts, and fuel access. For minor issues, our operations team can assist on the spot. In the event of a serious malfunction, stay inside the vehicle and contact our sales department immediately for guidance or a replacement vehicle.
In the event of an accident, do not leave the scene. Contact the police immediately. If there are no injuries and the damage is minor, move the vehicle to the roadside to avoid blocking traffic. Obtain a police report and notify Bigz Luxury Car Hire as soon as possible. Do not leave your vehicle until assistance or the authorities arrive.
